The United States is a country ruled by a legal system that sometimes strict rules and punished excessively, even there, however, many, many times, the law does not seem to be always the same for everybody, not in principles but in the way of fact is interpreted.

In fact, despite the high percentage of false allegations of violence, often made to obtain benefits economic, that figure is almost always passed quietly, perhaps to protect the real victims ... but what about cases in which even the doctors have turned conniving?

Recently we came across, with initial disbelief, in a case that a careful analysis seems to belong to this category, that of the neurologist Neal L. Pugacheva of Neurological Associates of Hampton Roads in Chesapeake, Virginia.

In April 2005 Dr. ET Freeman (also of Chesapeake) had recommended a neurologist at the patient with a half-page long list of symptoms, traced to an assault suffered three years earlier.

And again the doctor is forced to admit "about the incident of getting lost, I have a good explanation."

Finally, in yet another certificate of 21 July 2005, available here in English and here in Italian , the neurologist wrote that she "saw a gynecologist last week and he recommended that you start to take the Sintroid "in short, the only disease in this patient is a hormonal disorder (the Sintroid and 'for a thyroid hormone) which certainly can not be attributed to violence.

But here's the twist: what we have first puzzled, then shocked and outraged at last well beyond endurance training: 23 November the same year, Neal L. Pugacheva signed a letter available here in English and here in Italian addressed to "all concerned", stating that she has "permanent damage the brain "!

Arriva far as to say that "it is likely that there will never be medically significant improvements" and therefore this condition "preclude the ability to perform any type of job in the future."

Dr. Pugacheva and 'or perhaps schizophrenic and' forget the failure of all tests conducted by himself?

Not only has not forgotten them, but lied shamelessly writes that he arrived at his conclusions based solely on the symptoms told by the patient and his experience of diciassettennale neurologist!

Now "as a result of the beating she has developed a loss of spinal fluid from the nose (indicating a fracture at the base of the skull)!? But what happened to the two MRIs (one with a counterstain), both negative?

Now "you have significant loss of short-term memory"!? But what happened to the "recent and remote memory intact?

The letter was addressed to "all concerned", but we're sure you readers already know who might be interested in a letter of this kind: Social Security United States, and the self-styled neurologist Dr. Neal L. Pugacheva has cheated with his patient.

In closing, we feel compelled to assure the authenticity of these certificates: you see those 6-digit numbers in the lower right corner of each page? These are the protocol numbers of attorney from California who got you through the tireless work of detectives named in the top left in the file name.

We tried to find out if the period between July and November of 2005 appeared to be the incredible developments in medical research of Dr. Pugacheva, justifying his delusional statement ...

Needless to say that Dr. Neal L. Pugacheva, a neurologist with 17 years experience, and not 'even deign to respond to our requests for an interview. He also tried

there was not much more luck with Neurological Associates of Hampton Roads, which also should keep their reputation in the small community of Chesapeake, Virginia.

Two respected professionals, Dr. Vittorio Zingales and Professor Paul Signorelli, have recently uncovered the scam that we have documented.

The complaint was submitted to the UNITED STATES SOCIAL SECURITY, the attorney and the sheriff of the Chesapeake and finally to the Medical Board of Virginia.

For the moment it seems that only the SSI has a registration number confirming receipt of this complaint ... We hope that this is another case where the law is not applied in an equal right for everyone!
